There is a large number of topics to cover to discuss when considering all aspects of critical pedagogy. It is hard to wrap my head around all aspects of what could be changed in the classroom for students when I have yet to even teach a class. Some of these concerns and aspects of critical pedagogy that I am wrestling with are

1) Education should not be a transactional experience

2) How we approach assessments

3) What student motivation is

4) How we motivate students

5) Student have more going on in their lives than just school

6) How is this implemented in more areas of academia

But maybe this is the whole point. Without wrestling in these topics, and generating conversations around them they cannot be explored. If there is anything I have learned from the class it is that teaching is reiterative and a one size fits all model does not exist. You must stay true to your teaching self and create an environment that will work for that particular group of students at that moment.
